HONESTY | FAMILY | INTEGRITY
Ms. Ross has spent more than 20 years as a crusader for the rights of employees, particularly the right to be paid fairly. While still in law school, Ms. Ross began focusing on employment matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination and harassment. But wage and hour cases, like overtime not being paid correctly, or employees not receiving the breaks they are entitled to, quickly became her specialty. Ms. Ross quickly realized that the best way to help the most employees is through class actions. Representing all of the employees of a business to make sure they are all paid fairly is her passion.
Ms. Ross now focuses exclusively on these matters, helping as many people as possible to get whatever pay they are owed, no matter how large or small the amount. Ms. Ross is active in local bar associations, staying up to date in the latest developments in the law and sometimes giving speaking engagements to help educate other attorneys. In her free time, Ms. Ross enjoys time with her family and cats, live music, and artistic roller skating.
