Christian Girgis, Esq. is an Associate Attorney who has quickly established himself as an advocate for the rights of individuals subjected to civil rights violations ranging from employment discrimination to data privacy breaches. Christian specializes in employment law. He has litigated cases involving wrongful termination, constructive discharge, wage and hour, whistleblower retaliation, and worker misclassification. Christian also specializes in data privacy, staying abreast of a regulatory landscape rapidly evolving due to emerging technology. His expertise in these areas has earned him membership in notable organizations such as the California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA) and the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
Christian earned his Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara University School of Law, where he served as both Student Bar Association President and Vice President. With an abiding interest in the protection of civil rights in the Los Angeles area, Christian is an alumnus of Public Counsel’s Homelessness Prevention Project, an organization that provides the underprivileged with critical legal assistance. When not in the courtroom, Christian enjoys basketball and surfing and has a deep appreciation for music.
