At Blackstone Law, our Single Plaintiff team represents individual employees in some of the most meaningful cases we handle including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour violations. This is not document review. You will own a caseload, develop strategy alongside senior attorneys and team leads, and go to bat for clients who are counting on you.
We are looking for high performing California licensed attorneys with strong litigation experience in single plaintiff employment matters, including FEHA based claims, who are driven, proactive, and solutions focused. We do not hire for one mold. Whether you are an associate ready to own your first real caseload or an experienced litigator who wants to go deeper on individual client work, Blackstone is where attorneys come to do work that actually matters.
