KIERSTEN WIENS
SENIOR TRIAL ATTORNEY & TEAM LEAD

Ms. Wiens is an experienced litigator with more than a decade of experience handling employment matters. Her practice focuses on representing workers in discrimination, harassment, and retaliation cases.

Ms. Wiens started her career at a boutique plaintiff-side law firm, specializing in representing individuals injured by defective drugs and medical devices. She then worked at a few preeminent defense firms, including an Amlaw 100 firm that is considered by many in the legal community to be the premier firm for employer-side labor and employment law. This experience provided Ms. Wiens with valuable insight into the thought process companies go through when opposing lawsuits brought by employees. Ms. Wiens brings this understanding to her current practice by knowing how to best position her cases for settlement and/or trial, and by being able to anticipate the defense’s next move. In joining Blackstone Law, Ms. Wiens has returned to the original goals she held in law school – to use her legal acumen to achieve justice for individuals who have been harmed by large corporations.

Ms. Wiens received her Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. Prior to law school, Ms. Wiens attended the University of Southern California and graduated with dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Communications and Social Sciences with an emphasis in Psychology. Ms. Wiens enjoys spending time with her family, watching Premier League soccer, and cheering on the USC Trojans football team.
