Brandon Rea is an experienced leader with a demonstrated history in the education and legal management industries. With over 25 years of experience in coaching, customer relationship management, team building, and contact center operations, Brandon is dedicated to optimizing processes, eliminating inefficiencies, and delivering world-class customer service.
In his current role, Brandon prioritizes seamless communication, a strong team culture, and a positive learning environment within the intake department. He is committed to fostering collaboration and upholding the integrity of the firm’s case intake procedures in support of Blackstone Law’s mission to provide exceptional legal representation.
Prior to joining Blackstone Law, Brandon spent twelve years as Director of Operations for Marriott International, where he managed over two hundred representatives and led them toward operational excellence.
Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management from California State University, Long Beach.
Outside of work, he enjoys traveling the world, experiencing diverse cultures, and trading in the stock market.
