Brandon Rea is an experienced leader with a demonstrated history of working in the education and legal management industry. With over 25 years of experience in coaching, customer relationship management, team building, and contact centers, Brandon is dedicated to optimizing processes, streamlining inefficiencies, and providing his clients with world class customer service.
Brandon’s role involves seamless communication, great team culture, and a positive learning environment for the intake department. Brandon is dedicated to fostering a collaborative environment, and upholding the integrity of our case intake procedures to support the firm’s mission of delivering exceptional legal representation.
Prior to joining Blackstone Law, Brandon spent twelve years as the Director of Operations for Marriott International where he managed over two hundred representatives and driving them towards excellence.
Brandon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management from California State University, Long Beach.
In his spare time, Brandon enjoys traveling the world and experiencing different cultures as well as trading in the stock market.
