Charles Robertson is an Intake Specialist at Blackstone Law.
Charles has over six years of customer service experience across industries including legal intake, HVAC support, fitness and nutrition services, education, and retail. His career has equipped him with a strong ability to handle high-volume client interactions, resolve complex issues, and provide both technical and administrative support.
He has worked in roles ranging from front desk and customer service to food service, mentorship, and processing, building a well-rounded skill set in communication, leadership, and organization. His background in public-facing positions and community engagement has sharpened his ability to connect with people from all walks of life, approach sensitive situations with empathy, and deliver a professional client experience.
In his current role, Charles manages the initial stages of client interactions, conducts detailed case screenings, and collaborates with attorneys to ensure a seamless intake process. His diverse work history allows him to adapt quickly, anticipate client needs, and maintain a high standard of service.
Outside of work, Charles is active in his church community, serving in ministries such as Worship, Prayer, and Discipleship. When he’s not volunteering, you can often find him in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes and sharing his creations with friends and family.
