KIMBERLY HERNANDEZ
PARALEGAL
Kimberly is a dedicated paralegal at Blackstone Law, bringing a strong background in client advocacy and legal support since beginning her legal career in 2021. A UCLA graduate with a degree in Sociology and former co-president of the university’s sociology club, she combines academic insight with real-world experience to deliver thoughtful, organized, and compassionate support to both clients and colleagues.
Kimberly began her legal work in immigration law, where she focused on helping unaccompanied minors navigate the path to legal status in the U.S. Since 2023, she has transitioned to employment law, continuing her commitment to client-centered service. Fluent in Spanish, she plays a key role in bridging communication and providing accessible legal support to a diverse client base.
Outside of work, Kimberly enjoys practicing hot yoga and spending time with friends and family.
