Tracy Pastor is the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Human Resources at Blackstone Law. With over 20 years of experience in financial and operations management, human resources, and corporate strategy, Tracy is dedicated to optimizing business functions and improving communication within law firms. As COO, she is focused on refining processes to boost the firm’s overall performance, while in her role as Director of HR, she drives initiatives to create a high-performing, supportive culture. Tracy’s leadership ensures that Blackstone Law remains a top employer and continues to attract and retain top talent.
Tracy holds a Global Master of Business Administration from Thunderbird School of Global Management and is certified by the Society for Human Resource Management and the Professional in Human Resources-California.
Outside of work, Tracy enjoys staying active, attending sporting events and concerts, cooking, and planning her next adventures with her family.
