As a senior associate attorney with Blackstone Law, Zachary Gershman represents employees in representative and class action lawsuits focusing on wage theft, employee misclassification, and other employment issues. Mr. Gershman also has significant appellate experience, with multiple published decisions. Most recently, in Mondragon v. Prior to law school, Mr. Gershman graduated summa cum laude from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
