RYAN CHUMAN
SENIOR TRIAL ATTORNEY & TEAM LEAD

Mr. Chuman’s practice focuses on employment litigation throughout California where he represents employees in complex workplace disputes. He handles class and representative actions involving wage and hour violations–including unpaid wages, overtime, and meal and rest break compliance–as well as claims for sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other matters that arise under the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA).

As a former defense attorney, Mr. Chuman spent more than a decade representing employers at the nations leading defense firms. He litigated high-exposure employment matters and gained valuable insight into how companies evaluate claims, develop defense strategies and approach risk. Today, he uses that insight to anticipate tactics, identify leverage points, and pursue maximum results for the employees he represents.

Mr. Chuman’s strategic approach combines deep legal knowledge with practical, results-driven advocacy. He is skilled at navigating complex litigation, and his defense-side experience allows him to craft strategies that apply pressure where it matters most. Beyond litigation, he plays an integral role in mentoring attorneys, guiding case strategy, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment. His clients benefit not only from his courtroom skills but also from his ability to manage complex matters efficiently and effectively.

Outside of work, he is a devoted husband and proud father of two beautiful children. He enjoys traveling with his family, exploring new destinations, and creating lasting memories with his family.
