Nathalie Espinoza is the Talent Acquisition Manager at Blackstone Law and a strategic Talent Acquisition leader with more than 18 years of experience driving recruiting strategy and organizational growth. Nathalie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. At Blackstone Law, Nathalie leads talent acquisition initiatives, strengthens recruiting operations, implements innovative hiring solutions, and partners with executive leadership to identify and attract exceptional talent. Her leadership is rooted in building meaningful relationships and connecting the right people with the right opportunities, helping Blackstone Law build strong, high-performing teams and a thriving workplace culture.
Outside of work, Nathalie enjoys spending time with her family, playing golf, and giving back to her community through volunteering.
